As a Project Manager at Ivy Partners, you will:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale IT projects, managing schedules, dependencies, and inter-team coordination.

• Oversee deployment activities to ensure smooth and timely rollouts across environments.

• Coordinate with technical teams, including infrastructure, development, and architecture teams, to align objectives and deliverables.

• Manage complex interfaces and integrations, ensuring seamless interoperability between systems and tools.

• Supervise and guide technical architecture decisions, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

• Monitor project progress, budgets, and risk status, providing clear reporting to stakeholders.

• Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

About You

You are our ideal candidate if you:

• You have expertise in managing complex IT projects with multiple dependencies and stakeholders.

• You possess strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, system architecture, and integration points.

• You have experience with deployment management and coordinating multiple teams.

• You can identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks effectively.

• You hold PMP or PRINCE2 certifications.

• You are fluent in both English and Portuguese.

• You have a minimum of 7 years of experience in IT project management
