👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As a Quality Analyst Integration at Ivy Partners, you will:
- Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies for integration testing, defining objectives, scope, and criteria for success.
- Execute integration tests, perform both manual and automated testing, and simulate real-world scenarios to ensure system behavior under various conditions.
- Identify, document, and track defects, work with development teams to reproduce issues, verify fixes, and conduct regression tests.
- Implement and maintain automated integration tests, continuously improving automation coverage and efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with development teams, participate in design and code reviews, and communicate effectively with stakeholders including product managers and developers.
- Provide detailed test reports and metrics, highlighting risks and issues to management in a timely manner.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies, stay updated on industry best practices, and mentor junior QA engineers.

🏅 About you
You are our ideal candidate if you:
- Have proficiency in test automation tools and a strong understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies.
- Possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Can collaborate with business analysts to ensure business requirements are accurately reflected in test plans and cases, and provide feedback on potential integration issues.
- Are able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, effectively manage time, adapt to changing requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Have a keen eye for detail, proficiency in Python for scripting and automation, good knowledge of Linux operating systems, and the ability to perform root cause analysis.
- Have a minimum of 3 years of experience testing backend/middleware system applications and are fluent in English.

Experience in testing Banking or Brokerage system applications is a plus.
