Job description

As a Quality Risk Manager, you will be in charge of :

  • Evaluate adherence to the parent organization's requirements.
  • Review project management methods, organizational structure, and collaboration efficiency.
  • Conduct a thorough assessment of project control, management, and execution processes for all project partners, focusing on quality and risk aspects.
  • Create and implement quality standards, principles, and guidelines, and monitor compliance.
  • Evaluate project results from a quality perspective.
  • Assess the current project status and future projections.
  • Identify and evaluate potential risks.
  • Suggest measures to manage risks and ensure project objectives are met.
  • Ensure clear and transparent communication with the client.

Job requirements

Profile :

  • Expertise in developing and implementing quality standards, principles, and guidelines.
  • Strong ability to ensure compliance with quality specifications.
  • Proficiency in defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure quality progress.
  • Experience in communicating and promoting best practices within project and line units.
  • Capability to support project and line units in executing quality measures and achieving quality objectives.
  • Skills in providing coaching and training on quality-related topics to various teams.
  • Competence in planning, coordinating, conducting, and approving quality audits.
  • You are HERMES or TOGAF certified.
  • Fluency in English is required, French or German is a plus!
