👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As a Senior IT Infrastructure Project Manager at Ivy Partners, your missions will be:
• Managing one or more concurrent projects ranging from small scale to large scale involving Infrastructure Services such as storage and compute, networking, end-user computing, identity management, cloud services.
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and within scope.
• Establishing and actively managing relationships with project stakeholders at all levels.
• Assisting in defining and documenting project scope, objectives, timeline, and budget.
• Preparing and maintaining up-to-date project plans and budget forecasts, and actively monitoring project progress.
• Creating high-quality project plans, 'plan on a page,' and status reports for executive reporting.
• Preparing and chairing regular project meetings, producing agendas and meeting minutes.
• Establishing formal and informal communication plans for each project.
• Planning and coordinating resources across multiple providers, both internal and external.
• Capturing and actively managing risks, issues, and dependencies and notifying stakeholders of risks and issues.
• Developing and refining project cost estimates and managing and reporting on budget.
• Preparing project change requests for changes to project scope, schedule, or costs.
• Ensuring proper handover to BAU support and stakeholder sign-off before the project is closed.
• Managing third-party vendor project engagements, including preparation of Statement of Work (SOW) and purchase requisitions.
Job requirements
🏅 About you!
• Expert in Project Management, preferably with PMP or Prince2 certification.
• Advanced knowledge in Cloud Data Centers.
• Proficient in Waterfall methodology and confirmed skills in planning, budgeting, and reporting.
• Good understanding of IT Infrastructure.
