👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As a Safety, Quality and Security Manager at Ivy Partners, your missions will be:

  • Managing our Integrated Management System (IMS) in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001:2022 standards.

  • Take ownership of the implementation of EASA regulatory standards for the DPO certification.

  • Lead continuous improvement measures to increase efficiency.

  • Advocate a horizontal Quality and Safety culture among the processes through ongoing coaching, training, and promotion of internal quality processes and safety culture.

  • Manage Quality Assurance to ensure that quality standards are achieved.

  • Perform Internal audits ISO 9001 and ISO 27001.

  • Participate in consulting missions as an expert on software assurance and safety in the field of air traffic management.

 

Job requirements

🏅 About you!

  • Between 5 to 10 years of professional experience as a Quality and Security Manager.

  • Knowledge of Integrated Management Systems.

  • Experience with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001, EN9100.

  • Past exposure to EASA certification in Aerospace Industries.

  • Experience in the Aerospace Industry or Air Traffic Control domain is mandatory.

  • Experience with standards such as ED-153, ED-109, or DO-178 and DO 254 is mandatory.

  • Practical experience with Agile development methodologies.

  • Fluent written and spoken English is required. French is a plus.

  • Willingness to travel in Switzerland and internationally.
