👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As an SAP (SuccessFactors) Application Manager at Ivy Partners, you will be in charge of :

• Take ownership of the operational management and optimization of SAP and SuccessFactors applications (Core HR, Time & Attendance, ATS).

• Provide functional support to users, handle requests, and proactively resolve incidents.

• Document and understand the business processes of each SAP/SuccessFactors module to ensure consistency and efficiency.

• Oversee planning and staffing required for the smooth operation of systems and related projects.

• Prioritize and coordinate activities to ensure effective application governance.

• Work closely with internal teams and partners to align solutions with organizational needs.

🏅 Profile :

• You have solid experience (5+ years) in SAP/SuccessFactors and application management.

• You bring strong skills in project management and application support.

• You are highly proficient in SAP SuccessFactors (HCM, Core HR, Time & Attendance, ATS).

• You have good knowledge of talent management tools, ideally Phenom.

• You have a deep understanding of HR processes and their integration within the SAP ecosystem.

• You are skilled in organization, prioritization, and managing relationships with diverse stakeholders.

• You have a strong ability to analyze, understand, and improve business processes.

• You demonstrate effective leadership in user management and team coordination.

• You are rigorous, analytical, and service-oriented.

• You are fluent in English; any additional European language is a strong asset.
