👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As a Senior Test Manager at Ivy Partners, you will:
- Define and support the integration test approach for projects.
- Estimate, prioritize, and execute testing activities.
- Monitor and manage risks associated with the test plan and contribute to the risk identification process.
- Provide clear, accurate, and regular reporting through KPIs related to the test plan implementation and the automation strategy.
- Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions.
- Collaborate with other QA team members to align common tools and approaches for testing and automation.
- Work with development and infrastructure teams to implement a CI/CD strategy that incorporates test by design and embedded automated tests.
- Define and provide technical guidance and best practices for the software development and business operations teams.
- Contribute to the definition, implementation, and monitoring of company quality standards, including synchronization with other quality assurance units.

🏅 About you
You are our ideal candidate if you:
- Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Have at least 3 years’ experience in software testing.
- Are proficient in QA methodology and testing processes.
- Have experience working in Agile methodologies.
- Have experience implementing automated tests and are familiar with tools such as Postman, Selenium, Cucumber, Xray, and BrowserStack.
- Have previous experience in software testing processes integrated with CI/CD tools.
- Are well-organized, autonomous, proactive, and have strong written and verbal communication skills.
