👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As a Software and Test Engineer, you will be in charge of :

• Creating and maintaining the Software Requirements Specification and test cases.
• Reviewing and testing against the Software Requirements Specification to establish test traceability.
• Writing automatic test scripts for the test automation environment (using C++, Squish, Python).
• Executing manual and automatic tests, and reporting results.
• Analyzing and describing issues/bugs in our JIRA issue database.
• Synchronizing and updating the Test Results Management tool.
• Performing formal system tests (Factory Acceptance Test).
• Conducting analysis of defects/incidents to find the root cause of problems.
• Potentially contributing to development activities.

🏅 Profil :

• Ideally, you have 5 years of computing experience in the air traffic control domain or similar areas with real-time and security requirements.
• You are hands-on with proven experience in writing software requirement specifications and software testing.
• You have experience with test automation tools, with Squish and Jenkins being advantageous.
• You possess high analytical capacity and can understand end user needs to translate them into software requirements for the Development Team or test cases.
• Experience in C++ or Python development is appreciated.
• Knowledge of standards such as ED153/ED109 or ED12B/C is a major advantage.
• Familiarity with tools like IBM Rational DOORS or Siemens Polarion is appreciated.
• You are organized, able to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage time effectively.
• You are rigorous, enjoy challenges, and thrive in a dynamic environment with a good team spirit. Fluent written and spoken English is required; proficiency in German or French is a plus.
