As a Train Release Manager at Ivy Partners, you will be tasked with:
Implementing and managing release processes across development, test, and production environments.
Coordinating Release Management, Change Management, and Incident Management processes.
Collaborating with software development project teams.
Translating various needs (Train releases, HotFix, Incidents, Bugs, BAU, Vulnerabilities, Ad Hoc requests, Obsolescence) into a detailed release roadmap and associated reports.
Continuously improving each process.
Job requirements
🏅 About You!
Between 4 to 6 years of professional experience.
You have experience in building, maintaining, and enforcing release reference paths (train/hotfix/incident).
You can plan and detail all releases and their content per application, monitoring progress and coordinating dependencies.
You have strong skills in managing change requests, approvals, and migration strategies.
You are adept at communicating and formalizing incident management pathways from reproduction to resolution.
You thrive in monitoring KPIs and reporting on release, change, and incident management.
Fluent level of english.
