As a 3D Developer at Ivy Partners, you will be tasked with:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining interactive real-time 3D applications using Unity (C#), targeting desktop, web, and AR/VR platforms.
- Creating, texturing, rigging, and optimizing high-precision 3D assets in Blender, focusing on details typical to luxury products such as polished/brushed metals and ceramics.
- Converting CAD data (Creo, SolidWorks, STEP) into optimized real-time assets including retopology, UV unwrapping, baking, and LOD generation.
- Developing photorealistic rendering pipelines utilizing PBR materials, HDRI lighting, and shaders (Shader Graph / HLSL) along with post-processing techniques.
- Building interactive product configurators and animation sequences that demonstrate movement mechanics and assembly/disassembly views.
- Optimizing application performance, memory usage, and visual quality across different platforms.
- Collaborating closely with product designers, engineering teams, and marketing staff to ensure accuracy and visual excellence at the brand level.
- Ensuring code quality, proper documentation, versioning (with Git), and respecting confidentiality standards pertinent to the industry.

About You
You are our ideal candidate if you:
- Have at least 5 years of experience in real-time 3D development with substantial hands-on expertise in Unity and C#.
- Possess advanced skills in Blender for modeling, shading, animation, and real-time optimization.
- Have prior experience preferably in the watchmaking industry, or at least in luxury goods/high-precision product visualization.
- Understand CAD to real-time workflows (experience with PTC Creo or similar is beneficial; PiXYZ or similar is a strong plus).
- Are knowledgeable in PBR workflows, lighting, and shader development.
- Experience with AR/VR technologies is a plus.
- Are meticulous, detail-oriented, and have a strong appreciation for aesthetics and craftsmanship.
- You are fluent in English; discretion and respect for confidentiality are essential.
- Open to work hybrid in Lisbon.
