As an AI Act Compliance Manager at Ivy Partners, you will:

• Assess existing and in-development AI solutions against the requirements of the AI Act.

• Define and implement controls, processes, and AI governance frameworks.

• Ensure alignment between regulatory, technological, and business requirements.

• Work with Data and Technology teams to understand use cases, models, and AI architectures.

• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Audit teams in the interpretation and operationalization of regulatory requirements.

• Conduct risk and compliance assessments for AI systems.

• Produce documentation, evidence, and reports for internal and regulatory audits.

• Monitor developments in the AI Act, associated regulations, and market best practices.

• Act as an internal advisor on AI governance and compliance matters. 

About You
You are our ideal candidate if:

• You have 5+ years of experience in Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), IT Audit, Risk Management, or Compliance, preferably in a regulated context.

• You have previous experience in Big 4 consulting firms or equivalent roles in IT risk, technology audit, or compliance.

• You possess solid knowledge of the AI Act and its governance and compliance requirements.

• You are well-versed in GDPR/GDPR, technological risk management, and control frameworks.

• You understand key AI concepts, including Machine Learning, GenAI, LLMs, and AI Agents.

• You can discuss AI solutions with technical teams without needing programming or development skills.

• You have experience in defining and implementing governance and compliance frameworks.

• You are strong in stakeholder management and influencing multidisciplinary teams.

• You are autonomous, proactive, and capable of navigating complex and highly regulated environments.

• You possess excellent communication, negotiation, and alignment skills across business areas and control functions.

• You are fluent in English & Portuguese.
