As a Demand Management Lead at Ivy Partners, you will:
- Take charge of dispatching all non-standard work-requests allocated to Workplace Products. This includes qualifying the demand, identifying appropriate product solutions, ensuring proper scoping, and passing demand packages to the correct teams.
- Oversee demand planning activities to ensure that resources are available, manage conflicting priorities, and confirm funding and approvals are in place.
- Own the overall Demand Management process by monitoring the progress of demand implementation and interfacing with stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of IT solutions.

About You
You are our ideal candidate if you:
- Possess strong expertise in Demand Management processes and supporting processes.
- Have a deep understanding of Product families' structure, technology, and data roadmap, objectives, organization, and policies.
- Are well-versed in the challenges and needs of the insurance business and technical environments, both short and long term.
- Demonstrate client-focused and service-minded capabilities.
- Have experience in managing projects or programs in Operations with a good overview of all Programs and interdependencies.
- Are skilled in process design, cost of ownership calculations, and product pricing models.
- Have knowledge of ITIL disciplines and are comfortable working in a multinational and global environment where English is the working language.
- Open to work in a hybrid model, 2x per week in the office.
