We are looking for a skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer with a Software Engineering background, or a Software Engineer with a strong interest in DevOps, to join our team. The selected candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our deployment pipelines and infrastructure automation. You will be in charge of streamlining deployment processes and supporting the evolution of our configuration management and orchestration practices. You are eager to take on new challenges in a complex technical environment.
As part of the Continuous Integration and Automation team, you will contribute to the development of core CI/CD functionalities and services to further increase automation.
👩💻🧑💻 As a DevOps Engineer at Ivy Partners, you will be in charge of :
Support the modernization of the CI/CD stack.
Investigate defects/incidents and identify root causes.
Contribute to the industrialization process through DevOps concepts.
Design, implement, test, and review services and automation scripts.
Work with solution architects (deployment platform, middleware, and application engineering) to design and develop CI/CD solutions based on the existing framework.
Take part in SAFe®/Scrum events.
Collaborate with application teams to understand both technical and business requirements.
Write automation scripts.
Job requirements
🏅 Profile :
At least 3 years of experience in DevOps (Software Engineering background preferred)
Skilled with Jenkins, Maven, Java/Groovy, or equivalent.
Experienced with Ansible, scripting (bash, PowerShell), and ideally Kubernetes.
Hands-on experience as a user in Linux, Windows, and Docker environments.
Proficient in Git for source control management.
Additional knowledge of Spring Boot, Postgres (or similar) is a plus, but not required.
Understanding of networking concepts and security best practices in a DevOps context.
Fluent in written and spoken English (French or German is an advantage).
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
Comfortable working with legacy codebases, demonstrating autonomy and personal commitment.
A true team player: you openly share knowledge and provide constructive feedback during reviews. You are adaptable, autonomous, rigorous, and thrive in collaborative environments.
Organized, with strong prioritization and time management skills.
