As a Global Product Owner (Guidewire) at Ivy Partners, you will be responsible for:
- Defining and communicating the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Managing the product backlog, prioritization, and delivery of user stories
- Leading digital transformation and automation initiatives
- Ensuring alignment between Business, Operations, and IT
- Setting OKRs and product value metrics
- Collaborating with Agile squads and global multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuous value delivery and product evolution
- Supporting demonstrations, workshops, and sessions with partners and stakeholders
- Promoting ongoing improvements in customer experience
- Managing integration between global products and solutions
- Supporting governance, SLA management, and budget requests
- Making daily decisions with development teams and IT Owners
- Assessing business value and validating product increments

About You
You are our ideal candidate if:
- You have solid experience as a Product Owner in Agile environments
- You possess knowledge of Guidewire Claims Management
- Experience in insurance or travel insurance is highly valued
- You have a strong ability to manage global stakeholders
- You are strategically oriented with a focus on delivery and customer value
- You have experience with digital transformation and operational automation
- You can prioritize and manage a complex backlog
- You excel in communication with both technical and business teams
- You have a mindset oriented towards innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement
- You are experienced working in international and cross-functional teams
