As an IT Project Manager at Ivy Partners, you will:
- Oversee the successful delivery of IT projects, ensuring they align with business objectives and meet stakeholder requirements.
- Coordinate with various contributors including business analysis, development, and IT operations to ensure efficient project execution.
- Define and manage comprehensive project plans, addressing timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
- Organize communication and coordination mechanisms across stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Monitor project progress, identify any issues, and implement corrective actions to stay aligned with objectives.
- Prepare and disseminate status updates and reports to relevant stakeholders.

About You
You are our ideal candidate if you:
- Have delivered IT projects within agreed scope, budget, and timeline constraints.
- Can structure stakeholder communication to ensure visibility and alignment.
- Are skilled in identifying and mitigating risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and optimization of project management processes.
- Possess demonstrated expertise in managing complex IT projects within dynamic environments.
- Have strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Are able to analyze issues effectively, structure solutions, and support decision-making processes.
- Have experience coordinating multiple domains and contributors.
- Hold an academic background in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related domain.
- Have a recognized project management certification (PMP or equivalent).
- Have a minimum of 5 years' experience in IT project management and are proficient in project management tools and software.
- Understand how to structure and formalize communication with stakeholders and are familiar with Service Now.
