As a Network Engineer Analyst at Ivy Partners, you will:
- Assist in designing, implementing, and maintaining our network infrastructure.
- Collaborate with technical stakeholders to ensure the continuity and reliability of network operations.
- Analyze network performance and optimization using measurable indicators.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network incidents within the agreed service parameters.
- Configure and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls, in line with established architectures.
- Provide technical support and guidance to service users.
- Participate in creating and updating network-related technical documents, policies, and procedures.
- Assist in planning and executing network upgrades and migration projects.

You are our ideal candidate if you:
- Have a deep understanding of network protocols, technologies, and best practices.
- Possess proven skills in configuring and managing network equipment.
- Can analyze network traffic and identify performance issues using appropriate tools.
- Hold a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Have 1–3 years of experience in network engineering or support services.
- Show proficiency in investigating issues and delivering structured technical analysis.
- Are capable of producing clear technical communications and structured documentation in a multi-stakeholder environment.
