As a Network Engineer Expert at Ivy Partners, you will:
- Design, implement, and maintain our network infrastructure within the technical scope.
- Analyze network performance to optimize operations in accordance with service levels.
- Configure and manage network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls to meet technical specifications.
- Address and resolve network-related incidents promptly.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of network technologies and best practices to ensure service quality.
- Ensure network reliability, availability, and security as outlined in our service objectives.
- Develop and maintain thorough network documentation, including architecture diagrams and configuration records.
- Participate in the execution of network-related projects and technical initiatives. 

About You
You are our ideal candidate if you:
- Bring proven expertise in network engineering with a strong grasp of network protocols, topologies, and technologies.
- Have demonstrated experience in configuring and operating network devices from various manufacturers.
- Exhibit analytical skills necessary for diagnosing and solving complex network issues.
- Hold an academic background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Possess network engineering certification or equivalent professional accreditation.
- Are capable of interacting with multiple technical stakeholders through structured and documented exchanges.
- Can deliver services autonomously within the agreed scope and coordinate when necessary with involved parties.
