As a Project Analyst/PM Analyst at Ivy Partners, you will be tasked with:
- Structuring and standardizing project management using JIRA.
- Creating and optimizing workflows, boards, and tracking processes.
- Supporting the organization of sprints, retrospectives, and other project routines.
- Automating reporting and monitoring mechanisms.
- Monitoring progress, dependencies, actions, and follow-ups.
- Ensuring consistency in the use of defined tools and processes.
- Collaborating with the PMO, project teams, and stakeholders in France.
- Progressively supporting portfolio tracking and governance activities. 

About You
You are our ideal candidate if:
- You have experience as a Project Analyst, PM Analyst, Project Coordinator, or similar role.
- You have robust hands-on experience with JIRA.
- You are highly execution-focused and skilled in organization and monitoring.
- You can thrive in unstructured environments and introduce discipline pragmatically.
- You possess strong soft skills and the ability to interact with various stakeholders.
- Experience in corporate environments or large organizations is appreciated.
- Experience with French organizations and/or French language skills is a plus.
- Knowledge in Data context, especially familiarity with concepts like Snowflake, Synapse, or data ingestion, is valuable.
