As a Testing Consultant (Tosca) at Ivy Partners, you will be tasked with:- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for functional and non-functional testing.
- Execute automated regression, integration, and end-to-end test campaigns.
- Develop and optimize test automation frameworks using Tosca and Robot Framework.
- Perform performance and load testing using NeoLoad.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues.
- Contribute to test strategy, test planning, and continuous improvement of QA processes.
- Explore and leverage AI-powered testing tools (e.g. Playwright and other AI-assisted testing solutions) to improve test efficiency and coverage.
- Ensure software quality standards are met throughout the development lifecycle.

About You
You are our ideal candidate if you have:
- Proven experience as a QA Automation Engineer or similar role.
- Strong experience in test automation and non-functional testing.
- Good knowledge of Tosca.
- Good knowledge of Robot Framework.
- Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD practices.
- Experience with NeoLoad for performance testing.
- Familiarity with AI-powered testing tools, such as Playwright, is highly valued.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
